Forest School Week 4
The children have had a brilliant time at Forest School today! They were very excited to collected lots of different resources to create their own bug hotels! They took their time to arrange the various natural materials neatly into boxes and bottles. We are all hoping we get some visitors soon!
The children used a peeler to carefully peel a carrot and added a range of natural materials to create a minibeast.
It was also great to see some maths going on with the children completing some wonderful subitising after collecting lots of natural materials. They also used the ten frames to find out how many items there were altogether.
The children were very loud today as they used their loudest singing voice to join in with one of our favourite songs, ‘Boom Chicka Boom.’
