Year 3 have had a great second session at Forest School session. The children enjoyed participating in a range of Bronze Age activities. They worked hard creating clay pots and beakers and decorated them with intricate Celtic patterns. Some children lit a piece of cotton wool using the flint and steel and learnt about the 3 components of the fire triangle. Miss Pestridge was extremely impressed with how the children in this group persevered with the task. We discovered it is not as easy as you may think!
