Another exciting Forest School session for Nursery!
The children are growing in confidence and showing super sensible behaviour during their explorations whilst following all the safety rules.
The children had a great time playing different games such as 1,2,3, where are you, they were very good at finding some clever spots to hide and were able to follow the rules very well.
The children were very excited to continue their learning on sunflowers. The children showed great care and control when painting their sunflower designs onto their wood cookies and enjoyed exploring the woodland, collecting natural materials to make a home for their sunflowers.
Minibeast hunting became a popular activity this week and lots of mini-beasts were spotted. Some children were brave enough to pick them while others observed the mini-beasts from a distance.
As always, we finished off the session with a hot chocolate, song and biscuit! The children were very loud today as they used their loudest singing voice to join in with one of our favourite songs, ‘Boom Chicka Boom.’
