Year 3 Forest School – Week 6
Our final week at Forest School was a great session – we didn’t let the cold temperature stop us from having fun! We spent part of the afternoon caring for our woodland area, ensuring it was left beautifully for the next group of children, so that they can enjoy it just as much as we have.
For the rest of the session, the children were able to make their own choice about which activity they participated in. Some continued to show determination whilst practising their fire striking skills, whilst others built dens or made mud faces and boomerangs.
Our final part of the session was spent in our traditional way of having a hot chocolate and a biscuit. A huge thank you to Miss Lord for making Forest School so engaging, we all loved it!
