Nursery Forest School Friday 7th July 2017
July 14, 2017 Rebecca Ellerton

The Nursery children had a very important job to do today at Forest School! One of the characters out of our story ‘Rainbow Fish’ was sad.  They needed to make something to cheer him up.  And what a great job they did too! Not only did they use their weaving skills to make some wonderful woven masterpieces, but they also carefully threaded colourful beads along thin wire to create some dragonflies to display in our Forest School outdoor classroom.  If you haven’t seen these wonderful creatures yet, please pop down to our Forest School site to see them ‘flying’ around.

The children also enjoyed some more ring songs this week as well as using bark, leaves and cones for making some interesting wax rubbings.
