Year 3 Forest School – Week 4
Year 3 were in for a treat this week as we cooked damper bread on the fire! Miss Lord kindly provided us with all the ingredients necessary. Some of us used our mathematical skills and watches to check the bread was cooking nicely and after about 20 minutes it was ready and it smelt delicious! Miss Lord had bought butter, jam and honey especially for us as well to top the bread with! Yummy!
Other activities were also on offer, some children were continuing with their work on the sheath knives, whilst others made dens and created their own leaf mobiles.
