Our final week at Forest School.
We began by putting out teamwork skills to the test in a pine cone take away problem solving game. It was very evident that our teamwork skills had improved throughout the course of the Forest School sessions.
This week we were able to put all of the skills we have learnt over the past few weeks into practise. We had a great session making dens with tension knots, using the billhook safely to create our own tic-tac-toe boards and using fire lighters to light char cloth.
Mrs Farrington treated us and allowed us to toast marshmallows around the fire – we loved this part!
Our session ended with a hot chocolate, a biscuit and a sing song.
